Personally, she wants to live her life to the fullest and stays INTENT10NAL with how she chooses to win going forward. The “Every Day is Game Day” mentality has changed the way she lives her life and she is excited to share her experiences and coaching tools with others so they can live their 10 life as well.

Professionally, she wants to continue learning from PSV and use her certification to help athletes in the high-school and collegiate level. She has a passion for empowering and helping others, and also wants to be inspiration of creating change, because she knows personally how hard being a student-athlete can be. She is also passionate about helping student athletes transition from sport to life.
Philanthropically, she is committed to the Live it to Give it Model, as she wants to inspire people to win change and be a CHAMP10N in their life. Alyssa views life completely different after getting her certification in Sports Life Coaching®. She has always loved sports and is continuing to use this information she’s learned to continue finding her 10’s, create lasting change for herself, and win the Journey of Life.
